Complete Property Maintenance
Weekly lawn care, and monthly general garden maintenance. Prices vary based on frequency of service, and property size.
Lawn Care *Fully Booked for 2025 Season
Full Grass Cut + Edging or Trimming along driveway, landscape beds, and tree's + Clean-up of grass clippings from driveway, porch/patio and landscape beds.
Bagging service included when needed- All grass clippings will be bagged and taken from the property.
Garden Maintenance
Trimming bushes + Weed maintenance in garden beds, and along interlock cracks + Clean-up of debris, and leaves.
Spring & Fall Cleanup
Get your property ready for the Summer or Winter with a fresh cleanup which is included in your monthly rate. Services include; pruning + light tree trimming + leaf cleanup + debris removal. Provided twice per season, once in the spring, and once in the fall.
Lawn Striping
Available for extra cost: Lawn striping is a technique used to create visual patterns on a lawn by bending the grass blades in opposite directions. The effect is achieved by the way light reflects off the blades: when blades are bent towards you, they appear darker, and when bent away, they appear lighter. This contrast creates the striped or patterned appearance. See photo below for an example.
Spring & Fall Lawn Revival
Available for extra cost: core-lawn aeration, commercial grade fertilization, de-thatching, and over-seeding.

24/7 Driveway maintenance to manage snow and ice, offered from November 1st to March 31st. Now accepting clients for the 2025/2026 season!
Essential Snow Removal
Pay by the service from November 1st to March 31st. We come out every inch-and-a-half, or at the end of the snowfall to clean your driveway, porch and sidewalk- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use of a hand shovel or snow blower only to reduce or prevent damage to your driveway. Our service has no long-term commitment so you can cancel anytime!
Ice Maintenance
24/7 Driveway salting or de-icer to manage ice, and improve safety from slippery surfaces. Offered from November 1st to March 31st. Now accepting clients for the 2025/2026 season! See below for options!
