Pick-up and installation of local pre-grown grass (Sod Rolls) sourced from Oldcastle, ON. Perfect for small replacements, or entire property installations. 

We can remove old, damaged grass, and replace with a brand new sodded lawn. 

Lower cost option for grass with less watering for future maintenance, hydro-seed is a great alternative to sod. Hydro-seed lawns require less than half the water as a sod lawn, and only take 2-3 months to have a full, usable lawn.

Perfect for entire property installations. We can remove old, damaged grass, and replace with a brand new hydro-seeded lawn. 

Popular spring service to lighten up your garden with a light top-up of either cedar-mulch or decorative stone ground cover.

Cleanup that pesky weed infested garden bed and install landscape fabric to reduce re-seeding of weeds. Typically paired with a top-up of ground-cover (rocks or mulch).

Plant any type or size of plant, shrub, bush, or tree, sourced from any Windsor-Essex nursery of your choosing.

Get your property ready for the Summer or Winter with a fresh cleanup which is included in your monthly rate. Services include; pruning + light tree trimming + leaf cleanup + debris removal. Provided twice per season, once in the spring, and once in the fall. 

Available for extra cost: Lawn striping is a technique used to create visual patterns on a lawn by bending the grass blades in opposite directions. The effect is achieved by the way light reflects off the blades: when blades are bent towards you, they appear darker, and when bent away, they appear lighter. This contrast creates the striped or patterned appearance. See photo below for an example.

Broadleaf weed treatment for your lawn. Applied 2-3 times per season in the spring, summer, and fall.

Available for extra cost: core-lawn aeration, commercial grade fertilization, de-thatching, and over-seeding.
